The Opportunity

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex transactions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling:
    • Property sales and purchases
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • Leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
  • Maintaining excellent client service standards throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Assisting senior team members with more complex matters where required
  • Developing and strengthening relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 2+ years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE) within Residential Property
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures
  • Experience managing a caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach
  • A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the team

Desirable Experience

  • Experience handling high-value residential transactions
  • Exposure to business development and networking activities
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
