The Role: Flexible Multi-Team Legal Support
As a Float Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the firm by supporting multiple teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining client and matter files accurately
- Assisting with compliance and file management processes
- Proofreading legal correspondence and documents for accuracy and consistency
- Providing secretarial support to fee earners and legal teams across the firm
- Supporting multiple departments on a rotational basis as required
