Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take a strategic leadership role in a thriving, ambitious practice? Our client, a highly regarded law firm with an expanding presence in Kent, offers you the platform to lead high-value transactions, develop the practice, and deliver tailored advice to major clients and high net worth individuals.
The Opportunity
Join a collaborative, high-performing team with extensive sector expertise. You will:
- Lead on conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
- Oversee portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing management
- Advise on secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers
- Act for landlords and tenants on leases, surrenders, agreements for lease, and management matters (licences to assign, alter, etc.)
- Support the corporate team with real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases
- Play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate law
- Proven experience in landlord & tenant, portfolio management, and secured lending
- Track record of providing real estate support for corporate transactions
- Strong academic background and technical knowledge
- Commercial, analytical thinker able to deliver clear, practical advice under pressure
- Demonstrable business development skills and interest in practice leadership
- Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
