We are a specialist in legal and accountancy recruitment, who are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing UK-based team. The Opportunity:
- Manage and grow a specialist desk within the legal or accountancy sector
- Source, engage, and place top talent with leading UK firms
- Develop new and existing client relationships through consultative, ethical recruitment
- Own the full recruitment cycle from business development to offer management
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-integrity culture that puts people first
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal or accountancy practice recruitment (UK market)
- Proven track record of successful placements and billing
- Strong business development skills and client management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., REC, CIPD, or equivalent) are advantageous
Key Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the UK legal or accountancy sector
- Experience using leading recruitment CRMs (e.g., Vincere) and sourcing tools
- Solid understanding of compliance and best practice in recruitment
- Confident with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
