Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions and related matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with attention to detail

- Supporting business development through excellent service and repeat client work
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- 4+ years PQE (Commercial Property)
- Strong UK commercial property experience within a law firm environment
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and deliver a high standard of client care
- Confident drafting and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Technical Experience (Preferred)
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Lease renewals and variations
- Title investigation and reporting
- Due diligence and managing transaction timelines
Salary, Benefits and Working Arrangements
- Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 (DOE)
