What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (England & Wales)
- 2–4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury (flexibility for strong candidates with relevant experience)
- Experience managing a personal injury caseload
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
