If you are a Residential Property Lawyer who genuinely enjoys conveyancing, takes pride in guiding clients through major life moments, and wants a role where quality and client care come first, this could be a great next step. Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a high-performing residential property team in a fully remote or hybrid role. This position is designed for someone who enjoys a fast pace, runs their own matters confidently, and values doing things properly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload from post-instruction through to completion
  • Delivering consistently high standards of client care, communication and responsiveness
  • Working to personal and team billing, gross profit and cash recovery targets
  • Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters
  • Opening, progressing and managing files in line with internal processes and agreed service levels
  • Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and using case management systems effectively
  • Keeping up to date with learning and development to maintain high professional standards

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE and strong experience in traditional residential conveyancing
  • A genuine enthusiasm for residential property work and a client-first mindset
  • Strong organisation skills and comfort working to targets
  • Proactive, detail-focused and committed to high standards
  • Confident managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
