Our client is looking to welcome an experienced, personable Family Solicitor into their team in a hybrid role based from their Northwich office. This role will suit someone who is confident running their own matters, enjoys building trusted client relationships, and wants to be part of a department that is focused on quality, not shortcuts.
The Opportunity
You will join a well-supported team with hands-on supervision and guidance from approachable Heads of Department who are genuinely invested in developing people. You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy
- Private children work
- Cohabitation agreements
- TOLATA matters
- Injunctions
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own mixed private family caseload with a client-first approach
- Taking ownership of matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Delivering consistently high standards of client care, communication and responsiveness
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting the continued growth of the department
- Using internal systems and processes to keep matters running smoothly and compliantly
What we’re looking for
- A qualified Family Solicitor with around 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) in private family law
- Strong experience across divorce, financial remedy and private children matters
- A warm, approachable style that helps clients feel supported and confident
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, detail-focused approach and pride in producing high-quality work
