A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s award-winning Family Law team in Northampton. This is an ideal role for a compassionate, client-focused professional seeking to develop their career in a supportive and inclusive environment, handling complex family cases with empathy and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights), 2+ years’ PQE
  • Experience in family law, ideally with private children matters
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid (desirable)
  • Positive, proactive approach to clients and colleagues
  • Confident, passionate, and first-class communication skills
  • Experience in undertaking own advocacy
