What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising employers on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Leading on Employment Tribunal strategy and litigation where required
  • Supporting corporate and commercial teams with employment aspects of transactions and wider business advisory work
  • Building and strengthening client relationships, with meaningful influence over service delivery
  • Playing an active role in shaping team direction, business development activity and the wider growth strategy
  • Mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to build a high-performing, quality-led culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Partner level experience in Employment law (or a Senior Associate or Legal Director ready for partnership)
  • A modest client following, or a clear and credible plan to build one quickly
  • Strong experience advising businesses, with the confidence to lead client relationships
  • A practical, solutions-led style, with a focus on clarity, efficiency and high quality outcomes
  • The ability to work independently, while enjoying a collaborative, supportive environment
