They’re looking for a confident, solutions-focused solicitor who can run their own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the wider team through collaboration and business development. You’ll handle a broad range of private family matters in a supportive, collegiate environment. The work is varied and client-facing, and you’ll be trusted to manage files independently while working closely with experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private family matters including divorce and separation, financial remedy, children matters, and cohabitation and relationship disputes
- Providing clear, pragmatic advice and representation, with a strong focus on client care
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent client experience throughout
- Supporting the continued growth of the department through networking and business development activity
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider family team and the firm
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Family Law
- Strong technical knowledge across private family matters
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach with clients
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding service
- Business development experience, or a genuine interest in building professional networks
