Your Role

  • Planning and performing audit testing for small and medium-sized companies and charities.
  • Supervising, training and reviewing the work of assistants.
  • Supporting and reporting progress to the manager.
  • Preparing financial statements for charities and companies (if desired).
  • Preparing corporation tax calculations (optional).
  • Working on ad-hoc assignments (e.g., other offices, FDD, cashflow forecasts).

About You

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification) with 12–24 months' experience in a similar audit role.
  • Strong communicator, confident dealing with clients, managers and junior staff.
  • Attention to detail and solid technical ability.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills further.
  • Experience with CCH Accounts Production, CCH Audit Automation and Alphatax preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
