The Role:
As a Residential Property Associate, you will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, working closely with experienced lawyers on complex transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
- Advising on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling complex and high-net-worth property matters
- Managing transactions involving:
- Short and critical timeframes
- Listed buildings and heritage properties
- Large land acquisitions
- Complex financial arrangements

You will join a highly regarded Lymington-based Residential Property team, part of a wider Property division led by experienced senior leadership. The team is known for:
- A strong client-first and relationship-driven approach
- Regular instructions from returning clients and multiple generations of families
- Handling premium, complex property transactions across the UK

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property
- Experience handling high-value residential conveyancing matters
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Land Registry procedures
- Title investigation and reporting
Desirable:
- Exposure to HNW or complex property transactions
- Interest in team development and mentoring junior colleagues
- Experience in business development or client relationship building
