They are seeking a driven Licensed Conveyancer (NQ to 3 years' PQE) to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, deliver outstanding client service, and shape their future within a vibrant, collaborative team environment.

The Opportunity

In this dynamic fee-earning role, you will manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Operating within a 37.5-hour working week with flexible working hours, you will handle freehold, leasehold, and Building Safety Act (BSA) transactions using modern case management software. Designed for a proactive conveyancer who thrives on autonomy, this position includes file sign-offs and holiday cover for colleagues, alongside clear scope for career advancement as the London office expands.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Qualifications & Experience: Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with Newly Qualified (NQ) to 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in UK residential conveyancing.

  • Core Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of property law and practical experience handling freehold sales/purchases, leasehold transactions, and Building Safety Act (BSA) conveyancing matters.

  • Caseload Management & IT Skills: Ability to run files independently from start to finish using a digital Legal Case Management System (CMS).

  • Quality Assurance & Sign-offs: Responsibility for carrying out file sign-offs and providing holiday cover for team members.

  • Client Care & Business Development: Excellent interpersonal and business development skills, with a positive, client-first approach to building relationships and driving practice growth.

Package & Working Structure

  • Competitive Remuneration: £45,000 – £58,000 base salary per annum (commensurate with PQE) plus a generous uncapped quarterly bonus
