Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor looking for the opportunity to manage high-quality residential and commercial property transactions within a growing and ambitious law firm?
Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join its established London property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer who enjoys client-facing work, values autonomy, and is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The successful candidate will work across both residential and commercial conveyancing matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion while building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
The Role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied property caseload and delivering an exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Handling transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Advising clients on property sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and leasehold matters
- Managing commercial property transactions and related documentation
- Reviewing title documents, searches, contracts, and reports
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, brokers, and third parties
- Maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication
- Supporting business development initiatives and generating repeat business
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced property lawyers who combine strong technical knowledge with excellent client relationship skills.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years' PQE within Conveyancing
- Proven experience handling both residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Strong client care and communication abilities
- Commercially aware and target-driven mindset
Desirable Experience
- Experience handling high-volume conveyancing caseloads
- Business development and networking experience
- Existing professional referral relationships
- Experience supervising junior team members
Performance & Career Development
This role would suit a solicitor who is comfortable working within a fee-earning environment and is looking to develop their long-term career.
