Our client is a prominent, well-regarded niche law firm known for its expertise in real estate and dispute resolution. Operating from their London office, they are seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Dispute Resolution Lawyer to manage a high-quality caseload of contentious property matters for an impressive client base.
The Opportunity
This role presents an exceptional platform for a senior fee earner looking for high-autonomy, sophisticated contentious work without sacrificing firm culture. Working closely with respected partners, you will handle complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes, real property litigation, and high-value asset management matters. With a strong pipeline of quality instructions, this position offers direct client exposure and a transparent trajectory toward partnership and long-term senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5-7 years PQE specializing in property litigation within a reputable UK practice.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive handling of 1954 Act lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations claims, break notices, service charge disputes, possession proceedings, and covenant breaches.
- Client & Commercial Focus: Excellent dispute resolution skills across mediation, arbitration, and High Court / County Court litigation, combined with a commercial approach to client advice.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to run complex files independently, mentor junior associates, and contribute to the growth and strategy of the litigation practice.
