What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking a lead role in growing the Private Client offering in Leeds, with the autonomy and trust to make decisions and drive outcomes.
- Advising individuals, families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters.
- Handling complex wills, trusts and estate planning work, including succession and long-term planning.
- Advising on probate and estate administration matters, including higher value and more complex estates.
- Supporting colleagues across the wider firm with private wealth and succession considerations.
- Building and strengthening client relationships, with meaningful influence over service delivery.
- Playing an active role in shaping team direction, business development activity and the wider growth strategy.
- Mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to build a high-performing, quality-led culture.

- A Partner who combines strong technical ability with commercial instinct and a people-first approach.
- Partner level experience in Private Client (or a Senior Associate or Legal Director ready for partnership).
