Our client is looking to recruit a Family Law Paralegal to join a busy and supportive family team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting fee earners across a range of private family matters
  • Assisting with file progression from initial instruction through to conclusion
  • Drafting correspondence, attendance notes and court documents (with supervision)
  • Preparing bundles and supporting hearing preparation
  • Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and other third parties
  • Managing deadlines and keeping files accurate, well-organised and up to date
  • Undertaking legal research and supporting case strategy preparation where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a family law paralegal role is preferred
  • Strong written communication and excellent attention to detail
  • A calm, empathetic and professional approach to client care
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence using case management systems and standard Microsoft packages
