Led by three talented and experienced partners, this award-winning team handles some of the most sophisticated financing transactions in the UK, with facilities ranging up to £100 million and complex multi-jurisdictional structures.

Your Responsibilities
- Complex Transactions: Work on sophisticated banking and finance transactions with facilities ranging up to £100,000,000
- Multi-Jurisdictional Work: Handle complex multi-jurisdictional structures and cross-border financing arrangements
- Dual-Side Representation: Act for both lenders and borrowers across a diverse range of financing transactions
- Corporate Banking: Manage corporate banking matters including acquisition finance and leveraged buyouts
- Real Estate Finance: Advise on real estate and development finance transactions for major property developments
- Alternative Lending: Handle asset-based lending and alternative lending platform arrangements
- Dispute Support: Support on banking disputes and security enforcement matters when required
- Restructuring Solutions: Work with distressed businesses providing restructuring and refinancing solutions
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team on transactions facilitating loans in excess of £1 billion annually
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, debt funds, and borrower clients
Essential Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' PQE as a Banking and Finance lawyer (UK qualified solicitor)
- Technical expertise across banking and finance law with proven transaction experience
- High-value transaction experience working on complex, sophisticated financing deals
- Dual-side experience working on both lender and borrower side transactions
