What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
  • Minimum 7 years’ PQE in Residential Property law (UK practice)
  • Strong academic background
  • Proven expertise in residential sales, purchases, lease extensions, and shared ownership
  • Ability to manage complex property structures and transactions
  • Autonomous, strategic thinker with excellent client management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with newbuild and investment property conveyancing
  • Advanced knowledge of unregistered land and lifetime mortgages
