Our client, a respected law firm in Tonbridge, is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to take on a pivotal role within their established team. Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex residential conveyancing matters
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds, and associated documentation
- Conduct detailed title checks, searches, and due diligence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
- 6+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
- Extensive UK private practice background
- Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Track record of client care and business development
- Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
