Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy team in Kendal. This role suits a solicitor who enjoys running their own caseload, values great client service, and is confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with regular client and agent contact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
- Providing clients and agents with regular updates, advice and draft documentation
- Progressing client calls and queries promptly and professionally
- Working with a case management system and maintaining accurate file records
- Building strong client relationships and supporting internal referrals to other service lines
- Supporting business development and marketing activity
- Contributing to team objectives and supporting colleagues where required
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing/property
- Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong client-facing skills and confidence working with clients and agents
- Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems
Desirable:
- Experience using SOS case management system
