Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy team in Kendal. This role suits a solicitor who enjoys running their own caseload, values great client service, and is confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with regular client and agent contact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Providing clients and agents with regular updates, advice and draft documentation
  • Progressing client calls and queries promptly and professionally
  • Working with a case management system and maintaining accurate file records
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting internal referrals to other service lines
  • Supporting business development and marketing activity
  • Contributing to team objectives and supporting colleagues where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing/property
  • Confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisation, communication and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence working with clients and agents
  • Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems

Desirable:

  • Experience using SOS case management system
