The Role
Residential Conveyancer – Full Caseload Management
You will manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, working within a collaborative team that prioritises client service and operational efficiency.
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold and leasehold transactions)
- Overseeing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion
- Providing clear, client-focused advice throughout the process
- Using modern case management systems and legal technology
- Supporting team members and contributing to business development activity
About You
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following:
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Alternatively, an experienced Paralegal with a proven track record of managing their own caseload
- Strong knowledge of UK residential property law and conveyancing procedures
- Ability to handle files independently from instruction to completion
- Proficiency with IT systems and case management platforms
- Proven commitment to delivering excellent client care
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development
- A motivated, team-oriented, and proactive approach
