The Opportunity

  • Join a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
    • Commercial landlord and tenant transactions
    • Investment and asset management projects
    • General commercial property development
    • Secured lending matters (acting for banks and/or borrowers)
    • Property support on corporate transactions

You’ll provide tailored, commercially focused advice to company clients and high net worth individuals, with the chance to embrace new technologies and contribute to business development.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), NQ–3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
  • Experience in one or more of: landlord & tenant, investment, development, secured lending, or corporate support
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
  • Analytical thinker with a practical, client-focused approach
  • Interest in technology and business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress your career
