The Role – Senior Associate, Family Law
As a key member of the team, you will manage a varied and stimulating caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- High-net-worth and complex asset cases
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes and domestic arrangements
You will also play an active role in business development, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 5–8 years’ PQE in Family Law within a UK practice
- Strong experience managing privately funded family caseloads
- Proven ability to handle complex financial cases independently
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated interest in business development and networking
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation abilities
