The Role – Corporate Paralegal
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will support fee earners across a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Assisting on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, and investments
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions
- Conducting legal and company research, due diligence, and document reviews
- Managing data rooms and supporting transaction processes
- Filing documents with Companies House and maintaining statutory registers
- Liaising with clients, external counsel, and third parties
- Supporting wider corporate and commercial advisory work
This role offers valuable exposure to complex and high-value corporate transactions, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Law.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 6–18 months’ experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
- Exposure to corporate law or commercial transactions (preferred)
- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent (LPC/SQE desirable)
- Working knowledge of company law and Companies House filings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach
- A genuine ambition to pursue a career in Corporate Law
