Are you a commercially minded Litigation Solicitor looking to move beyond being just another fee earner?
Our client, a well-established and ambitious legal practice in the Harrow area, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor (3-6 Years PQE) to join its growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes for business owners, entrepreneurs, developers, property investors and high-net-worth individuals, whilst enjoying greater ownership of your caseload and direct client exposure.

The Opportunity
Joining an established Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, you will handle a broad range of complex and commercially significant disputes, with responsibility for managing matters from inception through to resolution.
Your work will include:
- Shareholder disputes and unfair prejudice petitions
- Director, partnership and business owner disputes
- Corporate and commercial litigation
- High-value contractual disputes
- Urgent injunctive applications
- Commercial property litigation involving developers, investors, landlords and tenants
- Mediation, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
- High Court litigation and trial preparation
- Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements and settlement agreements
- Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk management and dispute resolution options
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Candidate Requirements
We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 3-6 years PQE within Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution
- Proven experience handling high-value and complex disputes
- Experience dealing with High Court matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy preparation skills
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Ability to independently manage a varied caseload whilst working collaboratively within a team
Highly Desirable
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Shareholder disputes
- Unfair prejudice petitions
- Corporate and commercial disputes
- Commercial property litigation
- Injunctive relief applications
- Business ownership disputes
