Our client is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to support a busy and growing practice. You will be given the autonomy you would expect at this level, with the backing of a supportive team and a firm that invests properly in training, wellbeing and long-term development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied real estate caseload, from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients clearly and commercially, balancing risk, timescales and practical outcomes
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to support clients with joined-up advice
- Supporting and mentoring more junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development through strong service, repeat instructions and relationship building
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor with around 10 years PQE in real estate
- Strong technical capability and the confidence to run matters with minimal supervision
- A practical, commercial approach and an eye for detail
- Strong client care and communication skills
