The Opportunity
- Location: Gravesend Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
- Salary: per annum
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, transfer deeds and associated documents
- Conduct detailed title checks, searches and due diligence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What We’re Looking For
- 6 years experience in residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
- Extensive UK private practice experience
- Expert technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Track record of client care and business development
- Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
