Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, children matters, and domestic abuse cases
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at court
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and external professionals
- Lead on business development and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
- 6+ years’ PQE as a Family Solicitor
- Extensive UK private practice experience
- Expert technical knowledge of family law, including divorce, finances, and children matters
- Demonstrable leadership, business development, and client management skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring abilities
- Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Competitive salary: £50,000+ DOE
