The Role

As part of an established Commercial Property team, you will manage a varied caseload and advise clients on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial leases and lease negotiations
  • Property development transactions
  • Sales and purchases of commercial premises
  • Secured lending and refinancing transactions
  • Property portfolio management
  • General commercial property advice to business clients and investors

You will have direct client contact and the opportunity to develop strong relationships with local businesses, property investors and developers.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Approximately 2+ years PQE within Commercial Property
  • Experience managing your own commercial property caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge of:
    • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
    • Landlord & Tenant law
    • Commercial leasing
    • Development transactions
    • Property finance matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be highly valued.
