The Role: Complex, High-Value Serious Injury Work
As an Associate, you will work as part of a close-knit team on a range of complex and sensitive matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work from the outset. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting on and managing cases involving:
- Brain injuries (adult and child)
- Complex orthopaedic injuries, including amputations
- Fatal accident claims and inquests

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in personal injury
- Experience working within a personal injury or serious injury team
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and case management
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based structure
Desirable:
- Experience handling or assisting on catastrophic injury claims
- Exposure to multi-track or high-value litigation
- Familiarity with medical evidence and expert reports
