The Opportunity
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload whilst working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters
- Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
- Assisting with property development and investment transactions
- Advising on financing and secured lending transactions
- Conducting title investigations and due diligence exercises
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 3 years' PQE within Commercial Property
- Strong experience gained within a UK legal practice
- Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
- Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law
- Experience advising landlords, tenants, investors and business owners
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and case management abilities
