Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join and help develop an expanding residential conveyancing team in Kettering. They are also open to applications from experienced conveyancing paralegals who are ready to take the next step and progress into a more senior role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running files in a busy environment, takes pride in strong client care and compliance, and wants to be part of a team that is growing.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, likely to include:

  • Sale and purchase matters (including leasehold and new build)
  • Re-mortgages
  • Equity release
  • Transfers of equity

You will also:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Work confidently with case management systems and keep files accurate and up to date
  • Manage deadlines and ensure high standards of compliance throughout the transaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within a residential conveyancing team
  • Able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision (level dependent)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with a compliance-first mindset
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
  • IT literate, with previous experience using case management systems
  • Business development skills and management skills are desirable
