Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor – West Yorkshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Private Client Department of a well-established law firm in West Yorkshire. We are seeking an experienced Wills and Probate practitioner to manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate matters.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of client matters from initial instructions through to completion
  • Draft wills and prepare lasting powers of attorney
  • Handle estate administration matters
  • Extensive client contact including home visits
  • Deal with matters at all stages with strong commitment to client care

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Private Client work
  • Looking to progress career and handle more complex matters
  • STEP qualified or working towards qualification (preferred)
  • Member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for this area of law
