Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor – West Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Private Client Department of a well-established law firm in West Yorkshire. We are seeking an experienced Wills and Probate practitioner to manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Probate matters.
The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of client matters from initial instructions through to completion
- Draft wills and prepare lasting powers of attorney
- Handle estate administration matters
- Extensive client contact including home visits
- Deal with matters at all stages with strong commitment to client care
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Private Client work
- Looking to progress career and handle more complex matters
- STEP qualified or working towards qualification (preferred)
- Member of Association of Lifetime Lawyers (preferred)
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for this area of law
