Role Responsibilities:

  • Employment Tribunal litigation (Claimants and Respondents)
  • Settlement Agreement advice and negotiation
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedure management
  • TUPE matters handling
  • Employment contract drafting
  • Civil litigation and business disputes support

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
    • Minimum 5 years PQE
    • Demonstrable employment law expertise
    • Civil litigation experience preferred
