The Opportunity
In this strategic leadership position, you will take ownership of shaping and growing a high-performing Immigration practice across both corporate and private client sectors. Leveraging your existing client network and referrer relationships, you will drive business development, oversee complex advisory matters, and build a dedicated team. Backed by a strong national brand and comprehensive cross-selling infrastructure, you will enjoy the operational freedom of an entrepreneurial practice combined with the security and support of an established firm.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10+ years PQE specializing in UK immigration law, currently operating at Partner or Director level.
- Client Following (Essential): Proven track record of senior-level fee generation backed by an established, portable client following and a consistent billing history.
- Technical Mastery: Comprehensive expertise across corporate immigration (Sponsor Licences, Skilled Worker routes, Global Mobility), HNW private client matters, compliance, and strategic advisory.
- Practice Building & Leadership: Demonstrable success in winning new business, driving practice growth, and mentoring junior solicitors and fee earners to foster a high-performing team culture.
