Vincere in London is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to act as dedicated client lead for a fast-growing tech client. You will own day-to-day commercial matters and work with founders and senior stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with immediate start.
Role focuses on drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, licensing, supplier and partnership contracts, DPAs, IP assignments) with fast turnaround and high autonomy.
