This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our client’s Residential Property team in Chester. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering clear advice and a smooth, efficient service to clients. Our client is continuing to grow, with a strong focus on developing its people, investing in training, and creating clear career pathways. You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Chester office. The team values a proactive, client-focused approach, with high standards of service and a collaborative culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
- Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction
- Progressing matters efficiently, managing deadlines and keeping all parties updated
- Building strong client relationships and supporting repeat instructions
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of client care
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong residential conveyancing experience within a law firm environment
- Confident running your own caseload with a proactive, organised approach
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality service
Desirable
- Around 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) in residential conveyancing, although flexibility exists for the right person
- Interest in supporting the growth of the Chester office through strong client relationships and local engagement
