The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial property matters gaining exposure to landmark cases

- Oversee exchange of contracts and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-5 years PQE in commercial property
- Proven track record of independently managing complex commercial property transactions within a UK law firm
- Expertise in drafting title review and client reporting
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic business-focused legal advice
