Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, and powers of attorney.
- Advise and support clients with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and external professionals.
- Keep up to date with changes in private client law and best practice.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor.
- UK private practice experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and related areas.
- Excellent client care, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive).
