Are you an experienced Property Solicitor looking for an opportunity to handle a diverse mix of both commercial and residential property matters within a supportive and forward-thinking firm? Our client is seeking a talented Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor to join their established property team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad and loyal client base, manage high-quality transactions from start to finish, and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice.

As a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload whilst delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial and residential property transactions
  • Advising clients on property acquisitions and disposals
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, transfers and associated legal documentation
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters
  • Managing lease extensions and remortgages
  • Assisting with commercial leases, renewals and assignments
  • Conducting title reviews and due diligence investigations
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining excellent client service standards throughout the transaction process
  • Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate
About YouEssential Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property
  • Experience gained within a UK legal practice
  • Proven ability to manage a property caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
  • Experience advising on commercial property transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and property legislation
  • Outstanding client care and relationship management skills
