You will join an established, high-performing real estate practice that is continuing to grow, with an existing client base and a clear strategy for further expansion in Leeds. This role suits a Legal Director or Partner who enjoys leading complex transactions, developing client relationships, and building a team around them.
About the Role
- Lead and advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development work.
- Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents and provide commercially focused advice.
- Work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate, finance and disputes to deliver joined-up support on complex projects.
- Manage and grow key client relationships and contribute to the strategic development of the Leeds real estate offering.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support team development.
- Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising.
