- Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE specializing in private client practice.

- Client Engagement: Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic, client-focused approach and a strong track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Business Development & Compliance: Proactive in regional marketing initiatives, SRA and Lexcel compliance, and supporting/mentoring junior team members.
