Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (3+ PQE) to join a growing residential property team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys running a varied caseload, delivering excellent client service, and supporting junior colleagues as part of a people-focused culture where development and progression are taken seriously.
You will join a busy team exposed to high-quality work, with the chance to play an active role in the continued growth of the department. The working environment is office-based to support collaboration, learning, and day-to-day support.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling matters from pre-exchange through to completion, including post-completion where required
- Advising on a broad range of residential property work, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Plot sales and work connected to developer transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to a broad client base, including local and national clients and high net worth individuals
- Maintaining strong file management, accurate records, and proactive communication throughout each transaction
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client care and service
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with more junior team members
- Contributing to business development through networking and client relationship building
- 3+ years PQE as a qualified solicitor or conveyancer, with strong residential property experience
- Experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge, with confidence handling matters end-to-end
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others
- Effective networking skills
- Interest in contributing to growth and supporting business development initiatives
