Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a high-performing residential property team in a fully remote or hybrid role. This position is designed for someone who enjoys a fast pace, runs their own matters confidently, and values doing things properly.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload from post-instruction through to completion
- Delivering consistently high standards of client care, communication and responsiveness
- Working to personal and team billing, gross profit and cash recovery targets
- Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters
- Opening, progressing and managing files in line with internal processes and agreed service levels
- Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and using case management systems effectively
- Keeping up to date with learning and development to maintain high professional standards
What we're looking for:
- A qualified Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE and strong experience in traditional residential conveyancing
- A genuine enthusiasm for residential property work and a client-first mindset
- Strong organisation skills and comfort working to targets
- Proactive, detail-focused and committed to high standards
- Confident managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
