Residential Property Conveyancing Lawyer
Location : Fully remote or hybrid
Salary : £55,000 to £70,000
Experience : 5+ years PQE

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a high-performing residential property team in a fully remote or hybrid role. This position is designed for someone who enjoys a fast pace, runs their own matters confidently, and values doing things properly.
What youll be doing
Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload from post-instruction through to completion
Delivering consistently high standards of client care, communication and responsiveness
Working to personal and team billing, gross profit and cash recovery targets
Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters
Opening, progressing and managing files in line with internal processes and agreed service levels
Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and using case management systems effectively
Keeping up to date with learning and development to maintain high professional standards
What were looking for
A qualified Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE and strong experience in traditional residential conveyancing
A genuine enthusiasm for residential property work and a client-first mindset
Strong organisation skills and comfort working to targets
Proactive, detail-focused and committed to high standards
Confident managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships
