A well-established and highly regarded Surrey law firm is seeking an experienced
Conveyancing Solicitor
to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior fee earner looking to progress into a leadership position, with a clear succession plan in place for the future. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the department. Key responsibilities include: Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion Providing high-quality legal advice and client service Developing relationships with clients and professional contacts Supporting and mentoring junior team members Assisting with business development and departmental growth initiatives About You
To be considered, you will ideally have: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer status Around 5+ years' PQE within residential and/or commercial conveyancing Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong client care and communication skills A proactive approach and genuine interest in progressing into a leadership role What's on Offer?
