Our client, a well-established and entrepreneurial London law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially minded solicitor who can bring an existing client following and is looking to benefit directly from the revenue they generate through a highly attractive fee-share structure. This is more than a traditional fee-earning role. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to manage your own client base whilst benefiting from the infrastructure, support and reputation of an established London practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution Develop and grow your existing client relationships Generate and maintain monthly billings of £10,000+ Advise clients on contentious legal matters Conduct negotiations, mediations and settlement discussions Draft legal documentation, pleadings and correspondence Build referral networks and develop further business opportunities Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas Areas of Interest Our client is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in: Essential General Civil Litigation Commercial Disputes Contractual Disputes Debt Recovery Contentious Business Matters Highly Desirable Corporate Litigation Commercial Litigation Property Litigation Landlord & Tenant Disputes Shareholder and Partnership Disputes Candidates with expertise across multiple litigation disciplines will be viewed favourably.
